According to inkorr.com: In Bukovina, at the 'Porubne - Siret' border crossing, customs officials discovered a man who was hiding in a truck filled with diapers. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing data from the State Customs Service.

The truck was heading from Turkey to Ukraine. During a routine inspection, the customs officials did not notice any irregularities, but during the scanning of the truck, a shape resembling a human figure appeared on the monitor.

When the customs and border guards looked into the vehicle, they found a man, presumably a citizen of Syria, hiding among the diapers in the cargo compartment. Border guards are investigating his reason for crossing the border.

Additionally, border guards stopped a Mercedes vehicle, driven by a priest from a monastery in Transcarpathia. During the inspection, they found a man from Sumy hidden under the clergy's robes in the back seat.

Denis Lysenko, the deputy head of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police, noted that requests for illegal border crossings are increasing, and 'crossing' the border illegally is becoming increasingly expensive. Currently, the price for illegal exit from Ukraine through unofficial border points ranges from $10,000 to $20,000 per person.

The situation with illegal border crossings in Ukraine is becoming more pressing. The case of the man hiding among diapers is just one of many attempts to violate the law.
