In Odesa region, public activists beat a man under the guise of the TCC.
Three members of a public organization in the Odesa region presented themselves as employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center and attacked a man. This was reported by the police of the Odesa region, citing 'Glavkom.'
The incident occurred on the road near Chornomorsk. Young people in military uniforms blocked the road for a cyclist. They introduced themselves as TCC and SP employees and demanded the man's documents.
The attack was accompanied by beating, after which the victim was put into a car. The man managed to inform the police, where it turned out that the kidnappers had no relation to the TCC and had no authority for mobilization but were members of one of the local public organizations.
The attackers turned out to be residents of Odesa and the Odesa district aged 22, 25, and 27. They face up to five years in prison under Article 146 part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The Primorsky District TCC of Odesa has already opened seven proceedings against this individual for violating military registration rules - this is a record number of cases opened against one person in 2025.
A video of the conflict with TCC and social support staff in the Odesa region, during which the man threatened with a military rifle, has spread online.
