On August 12, 2024, the individual received a summons but failed to report to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) by noon on August 29, 2024. Under Article 336 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, the welder was sentenced to three years in prison. However, the punishment was later commuted to a one-year probation period.
