In the Kalush district, a bus with 30 passengers drove into a ditch: there is one fatality.
According to ТСН: On Sunday, an incident occurred with a passenger bus in the Kalush district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, which went off the road and overturned. As a result of the accident, one man was killed.
According to the State Emergency Service, the accident happened between the villages of Nadiiv and Rakiv. Published videos show that the bus, having left the highway, fell on its side. Rescuers provided assistance to people who could not get out of the vehicle on their own, as well as carried out their belongings.

There were 30 passengers and 2 drivers in the bus. 'Rescuers evacuated 18 people and the passengers' luggage. The injured and drivers went home on their own,' the State Emergency Service reported.
The police of the Ivano-Frankivsk region noted that, in addition to one dead person, eight others sustained injuries of varying severity and were taken to medical institutions. 'An investigative-operational group of the police, rescuers, and medics are working at the scene. Currently, law enforcement is establishing all circumstances and causes of the road accident,' the police reported.
As a reminder, recently in the Kyiv region, an SUV crashed into a truck, resulting in the death of an 8-year-old boy. There were also two other children in the vehicle.
This incident underscores the importance of adhering to traffic rules, as every road accident can have serious consequences. Authorities continue the investigation to understand the causes of the accident and prevent similar situations in the future.
