According to Espreso.tv: Alexander Yakovlev, the chief engineer at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), and driver Dmitry Filippov were killed when a drone struck their vehicle. The attack occurred near the plant's industrial site as they traveled in a Toyota Camry. Russian authorities have blamed a Ukrainian drone for the strike.

Current Status of the Zaporizhzhia Plant

ZNPP is the largest nuclear power station in Europe. Before the war, it supplied roughly 20% of Ukraine's electricity.
