According to UATV: A Russian missile attack on the city of Odesa on July 15 killed three people and wounded six others, according to local officials. This assault follows five consecutive days of shelling that also impacted the Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions.
The strike damaged a seven-story apartment building, a non-residential structure, and a gas pipeline. A fire broke out during the attack but was quickly extinguished. Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported these developments.

This attack is part of an ongoing escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, which continues to harm civilians and infrastructure. The rising frequency of shelling across multiple regions underscores that violence remains a serious threat to the civilian population, raising concerns both domestically and internationally.
