Russian Forces Bombard Sumy Community
According to UATV: On July 15, 2023, the Russian military launched six guided aerial bomb attacks on the Sumy community, killing three people and wounding 17 others. The strikes occurred near medical facilities, sparking widespread alarm among local residents. Among the deceased were a man and a woman, while one individual—whose gender has not yet been confirmed—sustained severe injuries.
Victims and Aftermath
The wounded include a 16-year-old teenager. Some victims have already been discharged from the hospital, but others continue to require medical care. Additional bombs struck infrastructure targets, damaging nearby buildings and vehicles. Civilians were present in the area at the time of the attack, highlighting the dangers posed by military operations in populated zones.
