Warm weekends in Ukraine: where temperatures are expected to reach +39°C.

On the weekends of August 9-10, Ukraine will experience warm and comfortable weather caused by the young anticyclone Ines. The heat will begin to intensify only in the extreme south of Ukraine and in Transcarpathia.

Weather in Ukraine on the weekends of August 9-10

Forecasters announced that the weather over Ukraine will be determined by the young anticyclone Ines this upcoming Saturday and Sunday. It will spread over almost all of Europe, except for the extreme northern regions. Therefore, calm weather with comfortable temperature indicators and light winds is expected over the weekends.

Only in the extreme south of Ukraine and in Transcarpathia will the heat begin to intensify, as hot air will be coming in from southern European countries.

Weather on Saturday, August 9

On August 9, warm weather without significant precipitation is expected in the western regions. Only at night, there may be short-lived rains in some places in Polissya, and during the day in the Carpathians. Night temperatures will be +12…+17 °C, while during the day it will rise to +23…+28 °C. Meanwhile, in Transcarpathia, it is expected to be +28…+32 °C.

In the northern regions, small rains and thunderstorms will also occur at night and in the morning tomorrow, but already in the daytime precipitation will cease. The wind will be variable at night, during the day it will be northwestern, 5-10 m/s. Night temperatures will range from +13...+18 °C, during the day +23...+28 °C.

In the south and east on August 9, hot weather without precipitation is anticipated. Throughout the day, there may be winds with gusts of 5-10 m/s. Night temperatures will vary from +13...21 °C, and during the day thermometers will show +27...+39 °C.

Weather on Sunday, August 10

According to meteorologists, on Sunday in the western regions of Ukraine, under the influence of the anticyclone, a mostly sunny and dry weather is predicted. At night and in the morning, fog may occur in some places. Night temperatures are expected to be in the range of +12...+17 °C, during the day +27...+32 °C, in Transcarpathia +31...+36 °C.

In the northern regions, sunny and dry weather is also expected, with no precipitation. Night temperatures will be +12...+17 °C, during the day +25...+30 °C.

In the southern part of the country and Crimea, the period of dry and hot weather will continue. Night temperatures will be in the range of +16...+21 °C, during the day +29...+34 °C.

On August 10, there will also be no precipitation in the eastern part of Ukraine. At night, air temperatures will fluctuate between +12…+17 °C, and during the day +25…+30 °C.

It is worth noting that earlier meteorologist Natalia Didenko named the regions that would be covered with rain tomorrow. Despite this, comfortable and warm weather will prevail in Ukraine.
