A 'Pink Moon' will rise over Ukraine: when to observe this unique phenomenon.

On April 13, a full Moon, known as the 'Pink Moon', will be visible over Ukraine. This is reported by Livescience.

A full Moon occurs when the Earth is positioned between the Sun and the Moon. At 20:22 Eastern Time on April 12 (3:22 Kyiv Time on April 13), the Moon will be fully illuminated. It will appear next to the bright star Spica, creating a captivating sight.

Although named 'Pink', the Moon will not actually appear pink. The hue will depend on atmospheric conditions, so the Moon may look golden or even orange, especially during its rise.

This time, the Moon will be at its farthest distance from Earth and will look slightly smaller than usual. The next full Moon, called the 'Flower Moon', will be visible on May 12.
