This innovative tool is designed to streamline the process of updating personal information and submitting requests to change the owner of a utility account, allowing users to manage their accounts more efficiently and interact with the company with greater ease.

As the supplier for 98% of Ukrainian households, Naftogaz's services are essential for the nation. The 'Kub' app provides users with the ability to:

  • submit gas meter readings;
  • pay utility bills;
  • manage multiple personal accounts.

A 1% fee applies for bill payments made through the app. However, users who opt to pay for their consumed gas via the Oschad24/7, PUMB, Monobank, or Raiffeisen banking apps will not be charged any commission.

How to Update Your Information via the App

Users may need to update their personal data for several reasons, including:

  • a change of surname;
  • a new phone number or email address;
  • updated passport details;
  • discrepancies in the system profile.

To update information through the 'Kub' app, users must follow these steps:

  • navigate to the 'Services' section;
  • select the 'Data Update' option;
  • upload a copy of an ID card;
  • verify the information;
  • add property ownership documentation;
  • sign the application using the 'Diia.Pidpys' (Diia.Signature) system;
  • confirm the data and submit the request.
