Mercenaries from DPRK Already on the 'Kursk-Voronezh' Route – Intelligence Interception.
According to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, the Russians are transporting mercenaries from the DPRK to the front using trucks with civilian numbers.
On October 27, 2024, police stopped a KAMAZ with civilian numbers on the 'Kursk-Voronezh' route, which was loaded with North Korean military personnel.
The driver did not have a combat order, and he was carrying reinforcements from the DPRK in the trailer.

In the obtained radio interception by the Main Intelligence Directorate, the staff officers of the 810th separate marine brigade of the Russian occupation army, for whom the North Korean aid from the KAMAZ was intended, are trying to ascertain whether the stopped truck is on their balance and why the driver lacks proper documents.
Previously it was reported that by Monday, five thousand North Korean soldiers would be transferred to the Kursk region.
The US does not know the purpose for which the DPRK sent troops to the Kursk region.
According to South Korean intelligence, North Korea plans to send a second group of troops to Russia.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also stated that the first DPRK military personnel will be used by Russia in combat operations on October 27-28.
The South Korean intelligence service believes that North Korea has sent about 3,000 military personnel to Russia to support Russian occupiers in the conflict with Ukraine.
North Korean factories are ready to conduct combat operations for three months. According to the South Korean agency Yonhap, the factories are operating at full capacity to supply weapons to the Russian occupiers.
