According to inkorr.com: The Minister of Defense of Ukraine summarized the meeting with the NATO delegation led by the U.S. Ambassador to NATO, Matthew Vitaker. He arrived in Ukraine on November 3. The main topic of discussion was Ukraine's winter needs, particularly new technologies and measures to counter drones and missiles. The Minister of Defense emphasized the continuous support for Ukraine since the beginning of the invasion and expressed readiness to share experience in providing air defense.

The President of Ukraine also communicated with Ursula von der Leyen, during which issues of energy support for the country were discussed. These meetings underscore Ukraine's efforts to strengthen security and energy independence with the support of global partners.
