Ukrainian Airless Tires for the Front: A Technology That Saves Lives.
According to ТСН: The problem of punctured tires on the front is critical, as stopping equipment under fire can lead to tragic consequences. Ukrainian engineers have found a solution to this situation by creating tires that do not go flat and are resistant to both punctures and bullets.
Off-Road Constructor
Qirim Tech has patented modular airless tires. Their main advantage lies in the absence of an air chamber mechanism, which makes them resistant to mechanical damage.
The design consists of three key components:
Central hub.
Removable elastic sections.
Composite segments made from rubber crumb and polyurethane.
This design allows the tire to withstand heavy loads and continue moving even after being hit.
For Robots and Armored Vehicles
This development is primarily aimed at military needs. Such wheels are suitable for ground robotic systems and armored vehicles operating in hazardous zones. The lack of need for tire inflation or replacement in field conditions increases the reliability of equipment and the safety of the crew.
Cost of Launch
The innovative wheels are currently undergoing testing. The demand for the product is already high — requests have exceeded 5000 units.
To start mass production, the company needs an investment of 200 thousand dollars. These funds are planned to be spent on manufacturing special equipment and molds.
In addition to the military, this technology may also interest the civilian sector, particularly in agriculture and mining, where equipment is also used in challenging conditions.
The development of such tires is an important step in enhancing military technology. Qirim Tech's innovations can significantly increase the combat readiness of the Ukrainian armed forces, reducing the likelihood of equipment halting under fire. If the company manages to attract the necessary investments, it will open new opportunities not only for the army but also for civilian consumers.
