A new professional standard 'Military Accounting Inspector' has been registered at the National Qualifications Agency, establishing unified requirements for specialists in this field across all enterprises in Ukraine.

The document, registered on December 19, defines the key competencies and responsibilities of military accounting specialists. This was reported by the Army Inform.

According to Colonel Oleksiy Dudka, the chief specialist of the Central Military Education and Science Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and one of the developers of the standard, this document is strategically significant for over a million Ukrainian enterprises that maintain military accounting.

'The new standard will serve as a guideline for employers when hiring specialists and will help avoid penalties for violating military accounting rules,' emphasizes Colonel Dudka. He notes that after the full-scale invasion, the issue of military accounting has become particularly relevant in the context of mobilization processes.

Implementing the standard involves improving the qualifications of specialists through training in specialized institutions. Currently, about twenty educational establishments conduct relevant training courses. It is expected to significantly enhance the quality of mobilization work at all levels.

The development of the standard was carried out by a working group that included representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, and the scientific community, including three doctors of sciences and two candidates for doctors of sciences.

Colonel Oleksandr Pravdyvets, the ideologist of the 'Oberih' system, and Colonel Oleg Pavlovskyi, who has been dealing with military accounting issues in the country for a long Time, made a significant contribution to the creation of the document.

Earlier, the Central Military Medical Commission answered how often those liable for military service should undergo medical examinations.
