It turned out that an unpassed military medical commission does not give the right to detain a citizen on the street. According to the lawyer, in this case, a summons can only be issued to the citizen.
'They cannot take you on the street. There is no basis for that,' assured the lawyer.
Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan emphasized that if a citizen has an unpassed military medical commission and there are no other violations of military registration, then their detention on the street is illegal. The TCC can only issue a summons.
Therefore, if there is no search or absence of documents, the detention of a citizen on the street is unlawful and violates their rights to freedom.
