Nova Poshta canceled the fee for one of the services after the tariff increase.
The Ukrainian company "Nova Poshta" announced changes in the parcel return policy. Under the new rules, customers will be able to return parcels without additional costs if the recipient refuses to pick them up or the product did not suit the buyer. Previously, a commission of 0.5% of the parcel's value was charged for such operations, but now this fee is canceled. This will ease returns for users of "Nova Poshta" and will be especially beneficial for online store customers. According to the company, approximately 1.3 million parcels are returned to senders monthly, and the costs of these operations amounted to 9.4 million hryvnias.
This innovation takes place against the backdrop of an increase in delivery tariffs, which "Nova Poshta" introduced from October 1. The average cost of services increased by about 10 hryvnias per shipment.
