Ukraine’s New Mobile Plans for Seniors and People with Disabilities: Pricing and Perks from Top Carriers.
Fresh Tariff Options for Retirees and Individuals with Disabilities
According to Novyny.live: Mobile operators in Ukraine have introduced new plans tailored to pensioners and people with disabilities, reflecting a broader push to make connectivity more affordable for vulnerable groups. Among these offerings are Kyivstar’s 'VSY RAZOM Comfort' plan and lifecell’s 'Turbota' plan.
Plan Details at a Glance
Kyivstar’s 'VSY RAZOM Comfort' plan costs 220 UAH per month and includes:
- 10 GB of mobile data
- Unlimited calls within the Kyivstar network
- 100 minutes for calls across Ukraine
- 100 SMS messages
- Access to Kyivstar TV Light
- Home internet with speeds up to 100 Mbps
This makes the plan an attractive choice for users seeking reliable and budget-friendly communication.
Meanwhile, lifecell’s 'Turbota' plan is priced at 190 UAH per month and offers:
- 20 GB of mobile data
- Unlimited calls on the lifecell network
- 1,000 minutes for calls across Ukraine
- Unlimited access to mobile apps
Activating this plan requires number portability to lifecell, which may suit those currently using other carriers.
It is also worth noting that Kyivstar will discontinue its 'SuperGig 2024' plan as of April 1, 2026, potentially affecting current subscribers. Additionally, Vodafone plans to raise prices on its corporate plans by 40–60 UAH starting April 1, 2026, a move driven by shifts in the telecom market.
These new tariff plans from Ukraine’s mobile operators represent a significant step toward improving communication access for seniors and people with disabilities.
Amid growing competition and the need to tailor services to specific population segments, such initiatives can enhance the quality of life for vulnerable groups. The planned changes by other carriers indicate that the mobile market continues to evolve, responding to real consumer demands.
