Shelling of Kharkiv, Izyum and Sumy region: key points of the night.
On the night of May 31, enemy strikes hit Kharkiv region. Mayor Terekhiv reported that explosions were recorded in the city at 03:01. The attack resulted in roof damage at an enterprise and a fire in the Kyiv district. Furthermore, Izyum came under fire, where drones carried out eight strikes on the city. People suffered injuries and severe stress, but they are receiving medical assistance.
At least one person was injured from missile strikes in Sumy region. Residential buildings and warehouses were damaged as a result of the attack. It was also reported about a fire in Irkutsk region, where a locomotive depot was damaged due to the fire.
“We are planning to increase steel tariffs by 50%, which will further strengthen our steel industry,” said US President Donald Trump regarding his intention to double tariffs on steel and aluminum.
Trump noted that the increased tariffs will come into effect on June 4. This decision is aimed at supporting the American steel and aluminum industries.
As a result of enemy attacks on Kharkiv and Sumy regions, significant material damage was inflicted, and many innocent people were affected who need medical assistance and support during this difficult time.
