According to inkorr.com: In Vladivostok, three floors of the educational building of the Energy and Communications Industrial College collapsed. The prosecutor's office has already begun an investigation into the situation. This is reported by Russian media, according to information from “Glavkom”.
According to preliminary data, on the morning of October 3, the concrete ceilings and parts of the facade collapsed in the college building, which was built in 1972.
