In Odesa, they have started the digital digitization of the local opera house, which is one of the main symbols of the city. Now tourists will be able to visit this unique establishment online from anywhere in the world.
According to the Odesa City Council, this cultural-digital project 'Heritage. Digital. Odesa Opera House' started in August 2025 and is funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. As part of the first stage of the project, laser 3D scanning has already been completed, thousands of photos have been taken, and a virtual tour has been prepared.

The company 'Skeiron' from Lviv has taken on the technical part of the project. It is planned that by September 2025, a virtual tour of the theater will be ready. This means that everyone will be able to see an important object for the city without leaving home.
