Occupiers shelled Kherson during a moment of silence: there are dead and injured.


The occupiers attacked the center of Kherson, resulting in the deaths of six civilians, and at least 12 more people were injured. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Operational Rescue Administration Alexsander Prokudin and the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to preliminary information, on October 1, 2024, around 9:00 AM, the troops of the Russian Federation shelled the center of Kherson using artillery fire. The shelling occurred near the local market and a public transport stop.
Initially, it was reported that three women and four men died from the Russian shelling. One of the victims, who was considered dead, was stabilized by medics, but his condition remains very serious. Now we know that six civilians have died.
The head of the Operational Rescue Administration Roman Mrochko reported that as a result of the shelling of the market in the Central district of Kherson, four injured people were hospitalized. Their ages are 68, 65, 33, and 65 years old. All the injured have explosion injuries and shrapnel wounds. At the Time of the enemy attack, they were on the street.
Let us remind you that at 9:00 AM on October 1, on Defender's Day, traffic was halted in Kyiv and other cities. People stopped to honor the memory of the fallen heroes.
