Draft Notices in 2026: Which Ukrainians May Still Be Called Up as Reserve+ Data Updates Remain Incomplete.
Military Registration in Ukraine
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine’s military registration system is still undergoing updates in 2026. Citizens who have not yet completed this process could face receiving a draft summons. It is worth noting that data can be updated through the 'Reserve+' platform. A large-scale update of military records was already carried out in 2024, but as of now, the process remains unfinished.
Who Is Affected by Military Registration?
In Ukraine, the following individuals are required to register for military service:
- men aged 17 to 60;
- women with medical training or those working in hospitals.
However, some conscripts still have discrepancies in their documents, which remain valid through 2026.
Those who failed to update their information in 2024 may have been placed on a wanted list. Yet as of May 2026, these wanted statuses were lifted due to the expiration of the administrative liability period.
Vladyslav Deriy stated: 'If all data has been updated through Reserve+, there is no reason to summon anyone to the Territorial Recruitment Center.'
This highlights the importance of timely updates to military records to avoid future complications.
Keeping military registration data current is critical for national defense, especially amid today’s challenges. Timely compliance not only helps avoid administrative penalties but also ensures citizens are ready to fulfill their military duties if needed. Since the validity of certain documents has been extended through 2026, this provides an opportunity to resolve registration issues and reduce risks for those liable for military service.
