A deputy from the "Holos" faction, secretary of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine, Roman Kostenko, in an interview with Yanina Sokolova, spoke about the preparation for the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kursk. On August 20, the Verkhovna Rada supported bill No. 11483, which guarantees military personnel participating in combat operations in the Russian Federation, particularly in the Kursk region, the same payments and preferences as on the front line.
