The agreement between Ukraine and the USA on mineral resources
Finance Minister Yulia Sviridenko reported on the signing of an agreement between Ukraine and the USA regarding mineral resources and economic partnership. According to the agreement, an Investment Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine is being established, the main principles of which are attracting global investment and preserving Ukrainian ownership.
The necessary legislative changes are only specific, and the agreement must be ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It is important to note that the agreement provides tax guarantees and does not involve any debt obligations of Ukraine to the USA.
