Politico Survey: 49% of Americans Believe the Best Times for the U.S. are in the Past
According to a recent Politico survey, one and a half hundred Americans believe that the best times for the country are in the past. Data from a mid-October survey shows that 49% of respondents think the best times belong to the past, while only 41% believe that better times are still ahead, and just 10% think that those times have already come, reports Glavkom.

According to inkorr.com: Americans are divided into optimists and pessimists regarding the future of their country. Supporters of President Donald Trump exhibit greater confidence, believing that the best times are still ahead, compared to supporters of former Vice President Kamala Harris, who mostly prefer the opinion that the best is already behind.

Pessimism Regarding the 'American Dream'

This sentiment is also reflected in views on the 'American Dream'. 46% of adult Americans believe that such a dream no longer exists, especially among those younger than 45. Only 26% of respondents do not share this statement, while 28% have no clear position on the matter.

A recent survey showed that Americans are doubtful about the future of their country and the realities of the 'American Dream'. Diverging views among voters suggest that supporters of different political leaders have significantly different perceptions of what awaits their state ahead.

These results highlight a division in society where optimism and pessimism coexist side by side. During the upcoming elections, these sentiments could significantly influence Americans' choices and the formulation of political strategies. The coming months will show whether political leaders can overcome this sense of uncertainty and restore faith in the 'American Dream'.
