Oschadbank launches mortgage under the eOselya program: who will receive state support.

According to inkorr.com: Oschadbank became one of the banks providing state support under the eOselya program, which aims to help Ukrainians finance the purchase of housing.

The program can be utilized by persons with active combatant status or those registered at the front. This rule also applies in cases where the main applicant belongs to another target category.

The state reimburses up to 70% of the amount of the down payment, which does not exceed 30% of the cost of housing. The total cost of the property must not exceed 2 million hryvnias. During the first year, the owner receives compensation of 70% of the monthly payment, but the total amount of payments is limited to 150 thousand hryvnias per year. Additionally, the state reimburses up to 40 thousand hryvnias for bank commissions, insurance, and other expenses.

To apply, you need to use the Diia application. If you want to take advantage of the new service from Oschadbank, specify this bank and submit a request for state compensation along with all necessary documents. The bank then forwards the documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and after receiving a positive decision, arranges the mortgage loan.

The coordination of the compensation program is carried out by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.
