The singer's monument on Deribasivska was doused with red paint. Unknown individuals changed the color of the monument's eyes to depict that he is crying bloody tears.
Participants of the action on social media nicknamed Leonid Utyosov the 'marker of the Russian world'. 'Poor Utyosov saw that Pushkin's shadow was painted over and he cried. We hope that other 'markers of the Russian world' in Odesa will also react to such news,' the message from the NGO 'We make you nervous' reads.
