The debt must not exceed three months and 680 hryvnias. Special conditions apply to certain categories of citizens, but there are exceptions when subsidies can be obtained even with debts. The main thing is to provide documentary evidence of the repayment of the debt or to conclude an agreement on the restructuring.

Assistance is granted in cases where citizens have confirmed the repayment of the debt or have concluded a contract for its restructuring. It is also possible to obtain a subsidy when contesting the debt in court, provided there is a ruling on the opening of proceedings.
