- At embassies and consulates of Ukraine abroad: submitting documents to the territorial body of the Pension Fund or through the portal.
- In person at a Pension Fund service center or at a bank that makes pension payments (must be in Ukraine).
How to apply for video identification?
- Visit the Pension Fund portal and select the section 'Application for identification via videoconference'.
- Fill out the required form with your information and choose a platform for the video call.
- After submitting the application, you will receive an invitation for the video call. Don’t forget to prepare all necessary documents.
If you fail to undergo identification by December 31, 2025, pension payments may be suspended starting January 1, 2026. Moreover, pensioners receiving payments in Russia may lose these payments. During identification, it will be necessary to report receiving state payments from the aggressor.
