According to inkorr.com: A 16-year-old teenager from the Podilskyi district of the Odesa region is accused of accidentally killing his friend. The incident occurred when the teenager accidentally fired a gun at his friend during a photoshoot, where the friend was supposed to take pictures of him with the weapon.

According to the police, this incident happened when one of the teenagers invited another to a quarry for a photoshoot with a firearm.

'The tragedy occurred when the invited boy accidentally pulled the trigger while posing with the gun and shot his friend, who had brought the gun and was supposed to photograph him.'

Consequences of the Incident

As a result of the shot, the teenager received a fatal injury to the chest cavity. The charge of involuntary manslaughter has been brought according to part 1 of article 119 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The Podilskyi District Prosecutor's Office will represent the state prosecution in court. The police urgently ask parents to pay more attention to monitoring their children's leisure activities and to teach them the rules of safe handling of dangerous objects.
