Future Salary Outlook for Educators
Consequently, the total salary for a Category 1 teacher could range between 13,000 and 15,000 UAH, depending on the specific supplements they qualify for. These wage changes are designed to improve the financial well-being of teachers and enhance the profession's prestige. This reform is part of broader efforts to support Ukraine's education sector during a period of immense national challenge.
The salary increases are a component of the state's wider policy to bolster the educational field in Ukraine.
