PlayCity fines Vinboss 1.6 million UAH: why the organizer of gambling was punished.
PlayCity takes action against 'Vinboss'
According to inkorr.com: PlayCity agency has decided to hold the company 'Vinboss' accountable for violations of legislation in the field of online casinos. After several requests for information, the organizer failed to provide all necessary data, resulting in fines of 400 thousand UAH and 1.2 million UAH. This is not the first violation by this company, as it has faced similar situations before.
Comment from the agency head
The head of the agency, Hennadiy Novikov, noted:
“Every participant in the gambling market must adhere to the law, and if they do not, there will be appropriate consequences.”
PlayCity has already imposed financial sanctions totaling over 60.8 million UAH to ensure transparency in the gambling sector and equal conditions for all participants.
New initiatives
Moreover, the agency has signed a contract with the company 'Computer Information Technologies' to create a State Online Monitoring System. This system will assist in issuing licenses to gambling organizers and promote increased revenue to the state budget.
The measures taken and new initiatives indicate PlayCity's commitment to ensuring order in the gambling market in Ukraine. The introduction of online monitoring will not only enhance control but also contribute to greater transparency in this area, which is an important step for the development of a legal gambling industry in the country.
