Cyclone Brings Rain, Fog, and Unstable Weather to Ukraine in Early April.
Weather Outlook for the Start of April
According to TSN.ua: Ukraine will experience shifting, unsettled conditions as a cyclone moves in, bringing rain and fog. From March 30 through April 5, the forecast calls for cloudy, damp weather with intermittent showers and reduced visibility. Nearly the entire country will see rain at the beginning of the week.
Nighttime temperatures are expected to range from +3 to +8°C, while daytime highs will reach +9 to +14°C. In the western regions, daytime temperatures will be cooler, hovering between +6 and +11°C. The southern and eastern parts of the country will see warmer conditions, with overnight lows of +6 to +11°C and daytime highs climbing to +14…+19°C. In mountainous areas, temperatures could drop to 0…+5°C at night, with daytime peaks of +2…+7°C.
Travel Conditions and Daily Impacts
Winds across Ukraine will primarily come from the northwest, blowing at 5–10 m/s. During rainfall, visibility on roads may decrease to just 1–3 km, making travel more difficult. Residents and visitors should be prepared for challenging weather over the coming days.
This period of instability could disrupt daily routines, especially transportation and farming activities. Drivers are urged to exercise caution due to poor visibility and wet roads. Agricultural workers may also face delays in field operations as conditions deteriorate.
