Actress Josephine Jackson left Ukraine due to criminal prosecution for content.
According to inkorr.com: Yuliya Senyuk, a Ukrainian actress known in the adult film genre as Josephine Jackson, shared her departure from Ukraine due to pressure on women involved in creating erotic and pornographic content. She ironically noted that those who think law enforcement doesn't bother her due to bribes or connections with the state are mistaken. The actress has already left the country.
“When I saw the mess that began with the raids on the girls, I decided to stay away from trouble. I see no point in staying in a country where the law punishes for a naked photo on the phone. But 'paid the SBU' sounds much funnier”
According to Senyuk, her departure makes it difficult for her to support the guys in the rehabilitation center 'Titanovyi', where she serves as an ambassador and feels responsible for their situation.
Call for the decriminalization of adult content
In September, a woman in Sumy region was fined and had her phone confiscated for sending pornography, while a resident of Ternopil region received a suspended sentence for distributing erotic content. Svitlana Dvornikova from the OnlyFans platform published a petition to the President's Office calling for the decriminalization of pornography production, hoping for the support of Volodymyr Zelensky. The petition gathered the necessary number of signatures, and the president responded by sending proposals to the Verkhovna Rada.
Models on the OnlyFans platform secure a significant income and pay large taxes, demonstrating the economic potential of this sphere. Zelensky also supported the idea of decriminalizing pornography in Ukraine, indicating possible changes in legislation in the near future.
