They accuse Serhiy Permann, director of the Palace 'Ukraina', of exerting pressure and aggressive behavior. The musician stressed that leaders of cultural institutions must adhere to professional ethics. In his statement, Potap declared:
“In this situation, I stand with the artist Viktor Pavlik.”
