According to inkorr.com: At half past one in the morning, the sounds of air alarms once again filled the skies of Kyiv. The alarm lasted for 17 minutes, and at 02:10, it was declared over.

The reason for the alarm was the threat of ballistic missiles. Details are currently not being reported.
