Participants stressed that these three elements are essential for the population's resilience in conflict zones. The forum specifically called for increased funding and protection for reconstruction projects, which are vital for rebuilding damaged infrastructure.

Terekhov also emphasized the urgent need for a state program to construct and renovate housing, which would help restore comfort for those affected by the fighting. “We insist on making mortgages more accessible and introducing effective mechanisms for social rental housing,” he added.
Furthermore, forum participants expressed deep concern over pressure on businesses operating in combat zones. “No pressure on businesses in combat zones!” stressed Ihor Terekhov, underscoring the importance of supporting enterprises for economic stability in war-affected regions.
This initiative underscores the pressing need to address the challenges facing Ukraine's frontline communities. With the conflict now in its third year, the need for energy independence and economic stability for civilians is more acute than ever. Supporting local businesses and rebuilding critical infrastructure are seen as key factors for mitigating the war's devastating impact and improving the quality of life for residents in these vulnerable areas.
