Traffic jams have occurred at the "Shehyni" and "Krakivets" checkpoints, reports the Western Regional Office of the State Border Service of Ukraine-Western Border.
The message urges citizens to choose other checkpoints to cross the border due to the current situation. The accumulation of vehicles is related to the increased border crossing through Polish checkpoints due to the tourist season.
Additional regime restrictions within the Uzhhorod district have been introduced to prevent offenses in the border area.
