The prosecutor in Khmelnytskyi was dismissed for ignoring medical calls.
According to inkorr.com: In Khmelnytskyi region, prosecutor Oleksandr Terletskiy was dismissed due to his two-time disregard of calls for medical examination. This decision was made by the qualification and disciplinary commission of prosecutors, citing violations of discipline.
Reasons for dismissal
«Terletskiy chose the passive option, not responding to calls and not going for examination. Such a behavior model was caused by the prosecutor's subjective opinion that if he went for examination upon the calls, his disability group could be revoked»
Additionally, it became known that the prosecutor was not informed about his status as a person with a disability group and a military reservist, which raised doubts about his professional status.
Thus, the dismissal of the prosecutor from Khmelnytskyi region once again emphasizes the importance of adhering to internal rules and regulations in law enforcement activities.
This situation highlights the significance of clear communication and understanding of legal norms among law enforcement officers. In case of similar cases arising, the relevant authorities should provide adequate information to their employees to avoid such situations in the future.
