US President Donald Trump shared with supporters on social media important details of his latest conference call with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The meeting took place on June 4, 2025, and lasted over an hour.
During the call, the conflict in Ukraine, attacks on Russian airfields, and Iran's nuclear program were discussed. Trump emphasized the need for a quick resolution regarding Iran, as time is almost running out.
Putin also supported the idea of a rapid response to attacks on airfields and offered his assistance regarding Iran, but Trump stressed that a resolution must be made as soon as possible. Overall, the conversation was productive, although discussions of peace could only take place some time after such talks.
