Putin stated readiness to end the war: what conditions did the Kremlin propose

According to ТСН:

There were allegedly no "projects" for a peace treaty regarding Ukraine. Supposedly, there was only a "set of questions" for discussion.

This statement was made by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, commenting on the results of the negotiations in Geneva, in which delegations from Ukraine, the USA, and European countries participated. He mentioned that they decided to divide the 28 points of the peace plan into four parts, noting that the USA considers Russia's position.

The "Führer" says that Moscow "agrees" that the list of Washington's points regarding Ukraine "can be the basis for future agreements."

However, Putin emphasized that "every word of the peace plan regarding Ukraine needs to be sat down and seriously discussed." He characterized some points as "ridiculous," but did not detail what exactly evokes such emotions in him.

Readiness to end the war

Putin also claimed alleged readiness to end the war. The condition he proposed is the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "from positions." In his opinion, in such a case, Russia would stop the war, but he also threatened that he intends to achieve desired territories by military means.

False accusations regarding an attack on Europe

The dictator assured that Russia does not plan to attack Europe, and he allegedly is ready to documentarily confirm this. Putin claims that the possibility of Russia's attack on Europe is being talked about by "fraudsters," calling it "lies" and "nonsense."

Putin's statements reflect the egocentric position of the Kremlin in the context of the situation around Ukraine and possible peace negotiations. At the same time, calls for discussion of the points of the plan may be an attempt to delay the resolution of the conflict, while Russia continues to threaten military measures to achieve its goals.
