Rocket strike in Kharkiv: among the victims is a 6-month-old baby.
According to ТСН: This afternoon, Kharkiv was once again attacked by Russian terrorists. The enemy launched Iskander missiles at a densely populated residential area in the Kyiv district. The strike occurred so suddenly that the air raid alert did not have time to react.
Missiles in the city center
The strike hit the center of Kharkiv, near a park and busy roads. At the time of the attack, many people, including children and cars, were on the street. The atmosphere at the impact site is tense: the air is filled with dust and smoke, and a sharp smell of burning can be felt in all directions.
"I was standing at the traffic light, waiting for the green light, and everything started to crumble, 10 seconds later again. The roof is falling. I didn’t know what to do. I opened the door — everything is black," recalls eyewitness
Yulia.
Another local resident
Nataliabarely holds back tears: "I was at home, opened the window... There was such a blow that I jumped up, and everything fell apart. It’s horror".

Damaged: dozens of apartment blocks and medical institutions.
Communications: thermal, gas, and electrical networks have been damaged.
"This is a civilian facility, you can see — an old residential neighborhood. Civilians were treated there," commented the attack
the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov.
Search and rescue operation
At the impact site, emergency service fighters, medics, and police continue to work. Utility services are trying to quickly eliminate damage in the networks to restore light and heat to the people. Searches under the rubble do not stop.
