Mother-heroes will receive 30 thousand from the state: who is entitled to the payment.
Ukrainian mothers who have been awarded the title 'Mother-heroine' will be able to receive a state reward starting in July 2025, amounting to 10 subsistence minimums for working-age individuals.
This is stated in the explanation of the Pension Fund of Ukraine on their Facebook page.
According to the law 'On State Awards of Ukraine,' women who have raised five or more children under the age of eight or five or more adopted children are entitled to the reward. To receive the reward, one must submit an application and the required documents through service centers or electronic services.
Furthermore, starting in 2025, payments to 'Mother-heroine' may reach 3.6 thousand hryvnias if they register with the employment center and receive an allowance to their pension based on the number of children raised.
Overall, the conditions for payments for mother-heroes from the Pension Fund of Ukraine are quite favorable and help to recognize the significant role of women in raising children and family life.
