Reserv+ notifies about draft notices: is such notification mandatory
According to Novyny.live: In early January 2026, a new feature was introduced in the 'Reserv+' application that allows conscripts to receive notifications about draft notices sent to them. However, it is important to note that such notifications are not legally mandatory and are for informational purposes only.
On January 6, 2026, the notification function was officially implemented, marking an important step in improving communication between conscripts and territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC and SSP). However, messages received through 'Reserv+' are not equivalent to a draft notice. According to current legislation, a draft notice is considered delivered only if it has been personally received by the addressee or sent by registered mail.
The importance of the new feature
It should also be noted that the issuance of draft notices is only possible after the expiration of a 60-day period for updating accounting information. Thus, although the new function in 'Reserv+' may simplify informing conscripts, it does not replace the official process of delivering draft notices, which remains regulated by law.
The introduction of the notification feature in 'Reserv+' can be seen as a positive step towards improving access to important information for conscripts. However, despite the convenience, it is important to understand that these notifications have no legal force and cannot replace official draft notices. Therefore, conscripts should remain informed about their rights and obligations under current legislation.
