Russia attacked the energy network of Lviv region
On the morning of January 15, Russian troops began an attack on the energy infrastructure of Lviv region. This was reported by the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi.
Sadovyi also stated that during the attack, hostile cruise missiles were used by the Russian Federation. However, he assured that the city is not in danger.
The enemy attacked the energy infrastructure not only of our region but of the whole of Ukraine. Emergency disconnections were initiated in six regions, but Lviv region is currently not on this list.
It is worth noting that the air alert in Ukraine lasted more than two hours.
Also, on the morning of January 15, emergency electricity disconnections were carried out in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kirovohrad regions. In addition, immediate disconnections were introduced in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
