According to Novyny.live: On the night of January 13, Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasizing the consequences of the hostile strike. The attack, which affected critically important facilities, led to casualties and injuries among Ukrainian citizens.
One of the episodes of this attack was the targeting of a postal terminal in the suburbs of Kharkiv, which caused additional destruction in the region. It is noted that as a result of the enemy shelling, not only infrastructure facilities were affected but also civilians.
