Russia attacked Kharkiv: there are casualties.
Today, November 19, Russia attacked the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
Oleg Synegubov noted that as a result of the Russian attack, nine people were injured.
It is worth recalling that late on the evening of November 18, the enemy carried out an unjustified attack on a dormitory of one of the educational institutions in Glukhov, Sumy region. As of 12:00 on November 19, there are already reports of 11 fatalities.
It should be noted that in Sumy, November 18 and 19 have been declared days of mourning in memory of those killed as a result of the Russian missile attack that occurred on Sunday, November 17.
Earlier, on the evening of November 17, it was reported that there were 10 fatalities and 51 injured as a result of a missile strike on a multi-story building in Sumy. More than 400 people were evacuated.
