Air raid alerts were active in the city from 21:25 to 23:44 and again from 05:54 to 06:04.

The incident has heightened anxiety among residents, as attacks on civilian infrastructure continue to pose a direct threat to public safety. This event underscores the ongoing vulnerability of civilian areas in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which has been marked by regular strikes on non-military targets. Local officials and emergency services are working to restore essential utilities and provide support to affected residents.
