Russia is the main destructive element of the global security architecture - expert.

Ukraine is working on a plan for communication with the Russian Federation in any format. Three points of this plan are already ready, and its full version will be ready by the beginning of November. All world powers need to unite to find ways to counter and interact with authoritarian countries.

This was reported by Olexiy Buryachenko, a candidate of political sciences and head of the "International Association of Small Cities," on the air of the FREEДOM TV channel.

"Ukraine's victory plan will be presented to the President of the United States of America and presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. A meeting with Joe Biden is scheduled for September 26 at the White House. There is also likely to be a meeting with the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris," he said.

Ukraine's victory plan is something that not only Kyiv but the entire world aspires to, the expert noted.

"This will be a common vision of victory that all parties strive for - not only Ukraine but also the United States of America and the entire world. Due to Russia's obvious destructive influence on global security, different countries must unite; otherwise, it will be very difficult to cooperate with the Russian Federation and other authoritarian regimes. As I understood, processes of supporting Ukraine within the framework of the peace formula and the second peace summit, to which the Russian Federation will be invited, will begin," he explained.

Buryachenko emphasized that consolidation for victory is embedded in the peace plan, which will soon be unveiled by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

"I believe that soon we will receive a detailed description of the peace plan from our president. It is already clear that there will be economic solutions and geopolitical positioning of Ukraine. Consolidation with our partners, including the United States of America, in the military sphere is planned there," he noted.

Experts are urged to carry out all important decisions with the coordinating power of the United States through Congress to avoid delaying the process.

"All this needs to be done in the coming months for objective reasons. As there will be elections in the United States of America at the beginning of November, and Biden's cabinet will be changed. In December, political activity in the United States traditionally decreases due to the celebration of Christmas. This "dead" political season will last until the end of January. Therefore, Ukraine needs to manage to carry out all key decisions with this Biden administration through Congress, obtaining approval from both the current President of the United States and the two presidential candidates," he explained.
