“Why does he attack our power grid, our energy system? Because he wants to lower, to break the spirit of our people, the morale of our people,” Sybiha commented.

The minister described these strikes on energy infrastructure as part of Russia's effort to impose ultimatums on Ukraine and the West. Some of these attacks have occurred in western Ukraine, near the NATO border.

“Putin must understand the consequences of non-constructiveness,” added Andrii Sybiha, emphasizing the need for a strategic response to Russia's actions.
